Organizations practice sentiment and emotion analysis to automatically analyze survey responses, product reviews, social media content, and the like to get valuable insights about the brands, products, services, and incidents. Although extensive research has been conducted in the area of computational linguistics, much of the research work has been carried out in the English language.
Solution
The main idea was to establish Bangla in computing as a leading language at the global platform through ICT. One of these tools was Sentiment Analysis. It uses natural language processing, text analysis and computational linguistics to identify and extract subjective information in source materials.

Challenges
Unfortunately, there is no convenient practice that would assist small traders who may or may not have a specific location of the business with a commercial license. Since most micro-entrepreneurs lack the knowledge to apply for a trade license in Bangladesh, they are unable to open a bank account and receive banking facilities for their businesses.
Solution
Giga Tech piloted a project to promote the digital onboarding of the micro-merchants and local business owners through the development of a business registry system (trade license management system). This will aid micro merchants of rural Bangladesh with acquiring their business trade license.

Traditionally, the system of filing a complaint or raising an issue was a phone call to the pump house or office in charge of the specific mod zone. Whenever a complaint or issue was raised in any of the Mods Zone, it was always addressed very late.
Solution
Giga Tech's Complaint Management System provided an online solution to the maintenance problems faced by the WASA pump operators by saving time and eradicating system loss.
