As a Technical Solutions Architect, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, conducting POCs, analyzing
RFPs/RFQs, and designing tailored solutions. Your role involves close collaboration with internal teams, managing
client and distributor relationships, and maintaining strong ties with OEMs.

Job Responsibilities:
● Interact with clients for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure.
● Conduct Product POCs (Proof of Concept) to customers.
● Prepare the B.O.M, RFPs/ RFQs depending on the exact need of the customer.
● Analyze the existing RFPs/RFQs which are part of a tender.
● Provide Technical compliance and competitive analysis of products that are part of the solution.
● Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
● Prepare technical assessment, design, budget & overall planning to mature a project.
● Manage Clients & Distributors
● Maintain a good relationship with OEMs like- DELL, HPE, NetApp, Huawei, Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Commvault etc.

Educational Requirements
BSc. in CSE/CS/ICT (or related field) from any reputed university in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements
At least 5-7 work experience as a Pre-Sales engineer/ Solution Architect

Additional Requirements
● Should be able to work independently or work with the team in identifying and qualifying business opportunities.
● Should have Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
● Must have proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
● Must have Excellent communication and multitasking skills
● Must have a brief knowledge of server, Storage, Backup Solution & OS.
● Must have brief Product knowledge of DELL, HPE, and NetApp hardware.
● Should have a brief knowledge of Virtualization & Containerization.
● Must have a brief knowledge of various operating systems like- Windows, Linux, Unix, etc.
● Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
● Must have very good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
