Job Summary:

You will be responsible for performing quality assurance tests on our products and services, creating test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the high quality of product deliverables. You will work closely with the development team to enhance testing processes and improve product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Perform automated and manual testing, including black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, track, and report defects, providing detailed steps for reproduction.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
• Write and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
• Assist in the development of automated test scripts and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Analyze and interpret test results, making recommendations for improvement based on test data.
• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and coding for automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good to have qualifications:

• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing tools.
