Job Context
As a Project Manager within the System Integration Department, you will play a critical role in leading cross-
functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead project planning and initiation activities, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
● Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure effective project execution and resource utilization.
● Coordinate with system integration engineers, software developers, hardware specialists, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements and dependencies.
● Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of efforts and timely resolution of issues.
● Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status updates to stakeholders regularly.
● Manage project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocations to ensure financial viability and profitability.
● Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
● Conduct regular project reviews and stakeholder meetings to assess project health, identify areas for improvement, and address stakeholder concerns.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the project team, promoting best practices and lessons learned.
● Proactively identify, address, and resolve any external issues that may arise during project execution, collaborating closely with both internal teams and clients to find effective solutions.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

● Proven 4-5 years experience in project management, with a focus on system integration projects or IT infrastructure projects.
● Strong understanding of system integration principles, protocols, and technologies.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
● Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
● Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize competing demands effectively.
● Experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, and client relationship management.
● PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
● Experience in the technology industry or IT project management within a system integration context is highly desirable.
