Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive cross functional machine learning projects from beginning to end: build relationships with partner teams, frame and structure questions, collect and analyze data, research, prototype, and build out machine learning pipelines, and runtime services of models in production.
• Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and decision makers to develop success criteria and optimize new products, features, policies, and models
• Build a strategy of how various machine learning driven solutions come together against a team and technical product strategy.
• Design, implement and test software for our entire Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing infrastructure
• Study and transform Machine Learning prototypes
• Design Machine Learning systems
• Research and implement appropriate Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing algorithms and tools. Also extend related libraries and frameworks
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
• Run machine learning tests and experiments
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• R&D with Machine Learning & Natural Language Processing models to solve desire goal
• Effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features
• Design & Implement data pipelines for data mining and scraping
• Statistical data analysis & representation; enrich data warehousing for further R&D works
• Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments
• Close team interaction to meet joint research goals
• Report and present research findings and developments in a clear and compelling way
• Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability

Employment Status:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:
• M.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering or in any relevant discipline from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
• At least 5 year(s) of experience in relevant field

Additional Requirements:
• 5+ years of industry experience in R&D and machine learning-focused roles
• Design / Development Experience of Bangla language-based ML tool preferred
• A strong track record of performing machine learning model development
• Familiarity version control software (git), and general software development principles with a machine learning software development life-cycle orientation.
• Machine learning strategic sequencing of methodological and software improvements to work back from maximizing core metrics associated with optimizing the business.
• The ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with Computer Science Researchers and Subject-Matter Experts to achieve goals
• Mentor Junior ML Engineers
