We are seeking a motivated software engineer to join our team who builds our fintech and identity management software. As a software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our software products that serve millions of end users.

Job Responsibilities
● Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain software applications
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets our coding standards and best practices.
● Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
● Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance your skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Background
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Additional Requirements
● Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
● Proficiency in Python programming language.
● Experience working with Linux operating systems.
● Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end development concepts and tools.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly.
● Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle).
● Knowledge of version control systems (i.e., Git).
● Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.

Nice to Have
● Experience with Python-based frameworks such as Django, Flask, and Fast API.
● Experience with Typescript, and Node. js-based development ecosystem
● Experience with JavaScript based Frontend frameworks: Angular
● Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning based research or projects
● Familiarity with agile development practices.
