Job Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify business scope and opportunities from customer requirements.
• Clearly understand customer requirements and prepare the scope for solution development.
• Prepare minutes and communicate business requirements across teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Translate business requirements into functional and high-level technical requirements for driving improvements, enhancements, and/or creations of new applications.
• Prepare business and technical proposals, presentations, and other project-related business and technical documentation.
• Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Educational Qualification:

• BSc in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field from any UGC-approved reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of working experience within the Software Industry in any technical role or Business Analyst/Similar role with a proven track record.

Additional Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
• Familiarity with Modern Web/Mobile Application Development.
• Experience in Enterprise Software Solution implementation.
• Working experience in Modern Web/Mobile Application Development or implementation of Enterprise Software Solutions.
• Good understanding of the Information Technology industry, and Enterprise Solution Market, with experience dealing with clients in the corporate sector.
