Job Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements
• Ensure network documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams
• Maintain network hardware and software inventory
• Participate in the on-call rotation for network support

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
• Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in network engineering or a related field
